COVID Protocols & Screening

Dear Customers,

We understand that the pandemic is still ongoing, so we want to share the Company’s efforts to ensure we continue to operate in a safe manner.

As most of you are aware: On June 15, Napa County and Solano County aligned with the California Department of Public Health and the State of California to fully reopen, removing capacity and distancing restrictions for most businesses and activities.

As most of you know we screen all customers prior to booking a job with them. We will continue to implement this policy.

We want to continue to serve you and operate in a safe manner, therefore we have a few requirements before service:

If a customer is fully vaccinated and provides proof to the technician they do not need to wear a mask.

If a customer is not vaccinated we do ask that a mask is worn throughout the visit just as a precaution and safety for our crew and that a few screening questions are answered before we complete scheduling the customer.

Customer Screening Questionnaire

  • Have you experienced any of the following symptoms in the past 48 hours: fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, a new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion, or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, or diarrhea?

  • Have you been in close physical contact in the last 14 days with anyone who is known to have a laboratory-confirmed COVID-19? Or anyone that has any symptoms consistent with COVID-19?

  • Are you currently waiting on the results of a COVID-19 test?

We also will take every precaution to ensure your family’s safety during this pandemic. The listed measures we take as a company are as follows:

  • All equipment and tablets are sanitized before and after each appointment.

  • The field technician uses fresh, clean mask(s) daily.

  • The field technician will use sanitizer before and after each appointment.

  • We do not service anyone displaying symptoms of COVID-19.

  • Field technicians are screened daily, prior to their shift, for COVID-19.

  • If a field technician travels outside the state, we follow state-mandated return to work procedures.

  • Field technicians are subject to COVID-19 tests periodically to ensure the safety of our staff and customers.

50% of our team is vaccinated and we thank you for all the effort you take to ensure the safety of yourself and our team. We will get through this together and we will be here to make sure your services are taken care of in your time of need.

*We have the right to refuse service to anyone that is displaying any Covid-19 symptoms or has a positive test and to anyone who chooses not to answer screening questions if not vaccinated for COVID-19.

Kindest Regards,

Jr’s Plumbing & Drain
